  • FAQ

    FAQ

My video quality significantly decreased after exporting it using Premiere Pro. How can I resolve this issue?

It seems like the issue might be with your sequence settings or export settings.

There are overexposed areas in my video. What steps should I take to correct this problem?

Applying Gamma Correction with a value of 11 or 12 can help improve overexposed footage.

What is the recommended format for exporting the video?

The best format for export and upload is MP4. Alternatively, Morph can be considered. For Apple devices, Apple ProRes is also a suitable option.

How can I reduce the size of the video?

You can achieve this by adjusting the bitrate. Normally, I choose 14, but you have the flexibility to decrease it. If you lower it to, say, 10, the difference in quality would not be noticeably significant.
